Legal Genealogy for Inheritance

I need a professional genealogist to trace lineage for legal purposes, specifically for inheritance claims.

Names and addresses of living heirs are necessary for the purpose of service of process in a quiet title action in Solano county, California. Two decedents. An affidavit will be required to be filed with the court. The reports may also be filed as an exhibit for the purpose of demonstrating reasonably diligent efforts to locate heirs. Estimating 10 hours of work, but not sure.
