Cancer Transcriptomics Bioinformatics

I'm seeking an experienced bioinformatician for specialized analysis of RNA-Seq transcriptomic data related to cancer. I have the rest of the analysis done, just need to add functional enrichment analysis. Then i need them to write analysis and conclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct functional analysis on RNA-Seq data to identify biological pathways that may be involved in the cancer process.
2) Do Gene Ontology analysis
Ideal Skills:
- Extensive experience in transcriptomic data analysis, particularly with RNA-Seq.
- Proficiency in conducting pathway enrichment analyses.
- Strong background in cancer bioinformatics.
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and provide clear, concise reports.
