I need to get API keys from GCP for
1. places api
2. maps javascript api
3. maps static api
4. custom search api
Due to RBI policies, looks like Indian credit cards are not accepted. I need api keys for the above 4 apis from GCP. Whatever API keys I got, it says invalid
