Create a sample GCP Project and using Public Dataset in BigQuery and Use Vertex AI, Query and summarise the text fields over time

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me create a sample GCP project and utilize Vertex AI for text data analysis. I have a rough idea of the dataset requirements so will work with you on reviewing the public dataset suggestions you have.
The dataset needs to have text and numeric data over time (i.e. data points that contain information for an attribute taken at multiple time intervals such as monthly or yearly).
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Proficiency in GCP and experience in creating GCP projects
- Knowledge of Vertex AI and Gen App Builder and its capabilities
- Expertise in working with text data and performing analysis using BigQuery
- Experience in querying and summarizing text fields over time with Vertex AI
The level of complexity expected in the AI model implementation is intermediate.
Price will be between $50 and $80
