Adding new data sources to Gatsby

Looking for dev support to add a new data source to an existing Gatsby e-commerce site, and then include work to render these new data sources into existing components. Plugin already exists for the source.

Also looking for support on updating product and category layouts to include structured data that leverages the data from the new source, plus existing data sources.
