Industrial Machine Gas Fitting Setup

I’ve got a new gas-powered roasting machine and need the gas system checked and brought up to NZ requirements so I can run it in my business.
What I’m after:
Safety/compliance check & sign-off for the current gas setup (NZ standards, commercial use).
Thermostat control wired to the burners so the gas automatically turns down when temp is high and back up when it drops.
I’ve attached photos showing the current installation and how it runs.
please let me know if you can handle this, your estimated cost, and earliest availability?
The machine is currently in Auckland and will be moved to Franklin by November.
