Shade Garden Plant Selection -- 2

I already have the flower beds prepared, I need an expert on shade plants in the Houston area to select the plants to use in my shade garden. I will then implement the plan myself on my own schedule, buy the plants etc, but I need somebody's design expertise and plant knowledge to design the selection of plants in the flower beds. Once agreed, I can provide photos of the flower beds on which a virtual design of the garden would be great in visualizing it.
