Monthly Front Yard Weeding $40-$60

I have a small front yard—about 500 sq ft—that needs a thorough weed pull once a month. Broadleaf, grassy, sedge, anything that pops up has to be removed down to the roots so it stays clear until the next visit. After each session, please place the debris in my green-waste bin and leave the area swept and tidy.

Payment is $40–$60 per monthly visit, released as soon as the work’s done and I receive a quick photo of the finished yard.
