Medium Lawn Care Maintenance

I’m looking for a reliable hand who can keep my medium-sized lawn (roughly 1,000–5,000 sq ft) in great shape season-round. The core of the job is regular lawn-mowing, but I also want the grass kept healthy and weed-free with routine weeding, light pest control, and scheduled fertilisation.

You would bring your own mower and basic lawn-care tools, visit on a consistent timetable we’ll agree on together, cut and edge the grass, clear clippings, pull or treat visible weeds, spot-check for pests, and apply fertiliser at the recommended intervals.

The lawn should never look overgrown: grass kept to an even, tidy height, edges crisp, weeds minimized and any pest issues reported early. If you have a dependable schedule, an eye for detail, and some experience keeping turf healthy, let’s get started.
