Create Relaxing Triplex Garden Oasis -- 2

Job ID: 39806319

Budget: $250 – $750 CAD

The front and back yards of my small triplex both need core aeration, and the backyard in particular requires fresh triple-mix soil so I can establish fast-growing vines—think honeysuckle or trumpet vine—to screen an unattractive garage wall. My goal is simple: within the next couple of seasons I want to step into a private, leafy lounge space where I can unwind after work today and eventually enjoy retirement.

Here’s how I picture the job flowing:

• Core-aerate the compacted turf in both the front strip and the compact backyard (equipment provided by you).
• Deliver roughly one yard of quality triple-mix, spread it evenly in the rear garden bed, and lightly top-dress any thin lawn patches.
• Prepare a planting trench along the garage face, install an appropriate trellis or wire guide if needed, and set the fast-growing vines in place. Please advise on spacing and initial supports.
• Run low-profile outdoor lighting (solar or low-voltage) to highlight the new greenery and make evening lounging possible. Discreet cable management is a must.

Completion is accepted when soil is evenly graded, plugs are pulled cleanly, vines are planted with supports, and lights switch on reliably after dusk. If you prefer specific tools—plug aerator, rototiller, LED transformer kits—just let me know so I can ensure site access.

I’m aiming for a tidy, professional finish that gives me an immediate boost and a head start on creating that future oasis. Let’s discuss timing and any prep work you’d like me to handle beforehand.
