Buying advice for a garden irrigation system

Looking for some market intel on making a small investment (<500eur) for a garden irrigation installation in a domestic environment. (200sqm plot). Only contact me if you know the market and if you want to help me find the best solution for my needs. Not interested to buy new items, will be looking for local second hand options. Current brands that interest me are gardena, rainbird, hunter. Garden is partly covered and semi shaded in the city center (belgium climate) and consists of a terrace, rose plot, fruit trees,mixed hedge.
