Test My Game

I need people to test our game! Its built in C# which I am quite new to personally, but some colleagues are more experience in such.
It's very simple. An easy job!
If you could include most of the following it would be good but not essential.

Detailed Test Report (includes bugs scenario and bug reproduction, comments about usability, navigation, controls, features, ads, other functions, etc.)
Bugs and Glitch Recording and Screenshots
Gameplay Recording
User Experience Feedback/Thoughts as a Player and Improvement Suggestions
