Job Title: Full-Time Game Beta Tester (Remote) – Piece-Rate Pay

We are a growing game development studio seeking motivated, detail-oriented testers to join our Quality Assurance team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, suitable for applicants in any timezone who can commit to 40 hours per week.

Compensation:
- Competitive piece-rate pay based on test sessions and verified bug reports.
- Additional performance bonuses for critical issues and early bug detection.
- No guaranteed base salary; exact rates will be discussed during the interview.

Responsibilities:
- Execute test plans and perform exploratory testing across multiple games and platforms.
- Reproduce bugs with clear steps, attach logs/video evidence, and communicate findings effectively.
- Write clear, reproducible bug reports with environment details, expected vs. actual results, and severity.
- Retest fixed issues and verify bug fixes in new builds.
- Document test results and track progress in our bug-tracking system (e.g., Jira, YouTrack, Trello, GitHub Issues).
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and other QA testers to improve game quality.

Requirements:
- Strong passion for video games and solid attention to detail.
- Ability to articulate problems clearly in English (both written and spoken).
- Experience with bug-tracking tools is a plus; familiarity with Jira, YouTrack, or similar is preferred.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with reliable internet and a suitable testing setup.
- Comfortable working remotely and communicating with a distributed team.
- Prior QA/testing experience is a plus, but not required.

Preferred:
- Knowledge of multiple gaming platforms (PC, consoles, mobile) and test methodologies.
- Basic familiarity with test case design and bug reporting templates.
