I want an online web based game similar to Death Road to Canada.

My project is to create a web-based game similar to Death Road to Canada. I am open to suggestions with regards to features and mechanics and am not entirely partial to any specific gaming engine. The main target audience will be teens, with a main focus towards people in the 15-19 age range. I would like a game that has engaging gameplay, immersive graphics and an exciting plot and preferably would like the gaming engine to be compatible for use on tablets and consoles as well as PCs. Communication between developers and me is important, so a language and/or Skype call would be recommended to finalize any decisions.
