On the attached image I have indicted a barrier icon, players are restricted to travel beyond the barrier areas. The city image is a representation of my vision I am seeking an experienced game designer who can duplicate a similar photo realist design of the scene with his/her professional added pro unique twist if need be without completely compromising the initial design of the scene.

He/she is very capable to see through a project to it's completion. He/she is a person who takes his time to pay attention to all major and minor details of the project with thorough checks and testing.
