I need a developer

Looking to make a simulator/fighting game based on wizards and magic. Would be like elemental battlegrounds and your average simulator combined with a level system, different wands do more damage and unlock new spells but cost more etc. Basically harry potter but as a simulator. With a shop, sell and rebirth place and pets and different maps which can give you new spells and pets but require a higher level.
