make a virtual online escape room

I want to create a virtual online escape room where the different participants can play against each other in teams.
there must be one
admin access (so I can generate gaming licenses and more. for my office)
and there must be a game access (user page)
the players must be able to see each other on the webcam and be able to write to the other person they are on the team with during the game, when a team is finished the other teams must be informed that they have lost. along the way they need to be able to use lifelines, if they use them they will lose a life.
