to make a scp rp server in gmod

I am looking for an experienced game modder to help create a supernatural-themed role-play server in Garry's Mod (GMod). I am seeking someone with a firm understanding of the SCP universe and its extensive lore and storylines, and who can create custom SCP entities and abilities. In addition, I'm looking for a modder who can produce a full-scale replica of an existing SCP site in exacting detail. I am unsure of the exact number of players my server can handle at one time, but I am looking for an experienced modder who is confident in their ability to create a server that can accommodate any number of players.
