2d game development - test job

I am Luca,
I work as a marketing manager for a DAO that has a NFT Game studio.
I have a small project on the side, NFChess, and I would like to know if you are interested in executing it.

book me before Friday 19 night, is the day in which I will decide who to work with.
If I like you I will give you a small non-paid test job (called part 1 in google docs) to do in 3 days.
If I like what I see, we can talk about next steps ( total game dev paid , equity, strategy etc.)
--> generally speaking, I will pitch the product to some colleagues and investor that could invest money (up to 100 K) in the project if they like the MVP
If we work well together you can join me at 3-7 % equity as main developer.
Depending on if we get investment or not, the game could make between 500 k and 2 million $ within 4-6 months.
minimum requirements
- Fluent in english
- Always answering my messages within 1 h during office hours
- Able to code smart contract on a low fees blockchain ( polka)
- able to develop single and multiplayer game
- able to code the website where the game will be played
