build me a 3D game

I’m looking for a small prototype that is a mixture of Clash Royale and Pokémon. The players are looking from above into an Arena in 3D (maybe orthogonal) and indirectly controlling their monsters. Energy regenerates like in Clash Royale and the spells cost energy. For the prototype I want, every player has three monsters, which in turn have eight spells with damage, debuff, buffs, ground control, etc. No AI, but a 1vs1 Mode.
