Website app game

I have a very specific project. I do an ideation game with clients. It's a card game (sort of like tarot) based on a grid and specific questions that I ask the client. I am looking to create both a consumer App that can AI create the game, as well as a version that I or a trained professional can use with clients which automatically creates a report of the session in real time. I can explain in detail with a more detailed brief.
