Unity Based NFT Game development

We have built a website in react front end, to show logic..
We are looking at implementing these screens into unity environment with enhanced design UI / UX. Draft can be seen here https://gotm-game.netlify.app/

Phase 1 – Building Placements
We have our first 3D city map which is currently being created by an experienced 3d modeler.
In the map will be 900 empty land plots. All plots will be the same size.
Players will purchase available empty land plots and buildings form the website marketplace, and will have the ability to place one accommodation building on their land. This will be either a small house, large house or mansion. This can be done in ‘’My Lands’’ screen.
At some stage player may remove the house and replace with a different one.
If user has small house there is 5 allocated parking spaces
If user has large house there is 10 allocated parking spaces
If user has mansion there is 15 allocated parking spaces
The parking spaces will be populated with travel items players own, like cars and motorbikes.
If player has helicopter, this will show in dedicated place
If player has swimming pool this will show in dedicated place
If player has basketball court this will show in dedicated place
Phase 2 – can be quoted for separately in your bid by text
I will turn two characters into 3d models.. They will need to be a hologram matrix style character, one male and one female.
Player will select which gang leader character they will take to the map from dropdown prior.
⦁ Allow player to free roam around map, walk run
⦁ Their name and cartel name if they are in a cartel should appear above their head.
⦁ Click on map image and go here.
⦁ Allow chat to other cartel members
Phase 3 – can be quoted for separately in your bid by text
⦁ Allow users to drive car around map.Either go to race track and load new map. Or use current map which modifies.
