The Star Wars everyone wants

I would like a new world/ open world Star Wars game that gets you to choose whether you will be a Jedi, Sith, Bounty hunter or anything else in the Star Wars universe everyone wants this game but there is no way to be able to get someone to take this on, it would also be awesome if you were able to just play the whole Star Wars story as whoever you would like to be.
