Tale of Two Wastelands Setup

I’ve reached the point where my Fallout 3 and New Vegas folders are a mess. After following several guides I now have loose plugins, half-installed texture packs and files scattered across multiple drives—and I’m honestly not sure what can safely be deleted. What I need is a complete cleanup of every leftover modding file and a fresh, trouble-free installation of Tale of Two Wastelands on my Steam copies of the games. I do NOT have all of the required mods downloaded yet, so part of the job is walking me through—or simply handling—the download of the correct and current versions of TTW, xNVSE, the installer, and any essential utilities such as MO2, LOOT, JIP LN, etc.

Here’s what a successful engagement looks like:

• Remove every stray mod, ini tweak and plugin from my existing Fallout 3 and New Vegas Steam directories (and any other locations they may have ended up).
• Reinstall both games cleanly in Steam, verify they launch unmodded, and archive the fresh vanilla files for future backups.
• Set up a reliable mod manager (I’m open to MO2, Vortex or your recommended choice) and configure it properly.
• Download, install and fully configure Tale of Two Wastelands, including required script extenders and stability fixes.
• Test in-game to confirm both wastelands load, saves work and common crash points are stable.
• Leave me with a concise set of notes so I can add or remove future mods without breaking the install.

I’m prefer a live screen-share session, with you working remotely but at the end I have a clean, functional TTW setup and understand the basics of keeping it that way.
