MINECRAFT PC/Souls-Like Co-op Server Development

This is a small project I've been working on for a while, but recently I've been wanting to get it finished and running, I only know how to build, not the technical stuff about opening a Minecraft server, so I'm looking for a Builder/Developer to help me build a Dark souls like world on Minecraft and create custom mobs, and eventually open up the server to the public.
