Project Overview
I've built the backend and core logic for an AI-powered software development simulator.
The application consists of autonomous AI agents (Backend, Frontend, QA, DevOps, Security, Product Manager, Database, UI Designer, etc.) that collaborate to build software. The backend is already functional—the part I need help with is transforming the frontend into something that feels like a living management game rather than a dashboard.
The current interface consists of static desks and icons. I want it redesigned into an animated, cartoon-style office where every AI agent feels like a tiny employee working inside a software company.

What I Want
I want users to feel like they're watching a miniature software company operating in real time.
Developers shouldn't simply change status—they should physically move around the office, interact with coworkers, react emotionally, attend meetings, take coffee breaks, and celebrate accomplishments.
The office itself should feel alive even when nothing major is happening.
Office Environment
Redesign the office into a lively isometric/cartoon workspace with features such as:
Developer desks
Meeting rooms
Whiteboards
Coffee machine
Kitchen / break area
Lounge
Plants
Windows
Server room
Reception
Lighting effects
Ambient office animations
Decorative props
Small environmental animations are encouraged (monitor flicker, coffee steam, blinking server lights, moving shadows, etc.).

Each employee should have multiple animation states, including:
