Simple Multiplayer Turn Based Card Game

Hi, I want to build a four player turn based card game, each player has 10 cards (from 1 to 10), in each round each player throws a card, when all players throws cards, the player with the higher card will take the four cards. and the same for the 10 rounds until end. the winner who gets more cards at the ene.
