Sim Racing game

I would like to have a game which is design like ACC but i would for start have just one stage and one car.... later more... I'm 3D creator and i would like that car i draw and also i can provide (not fast) track. But main idea is that this can work for start on just my computer and not online.... later i would do full online.. Game should be done in Unreal engine

Cars and track should be easy to add that i can add alone. Price is for start and later we can discuss more but i will not go in 4figure number so in case you think is more don't even bid...
