Rust Server Modding

I'm looking for an experienced developer to modify my 2x modded Rust server hosted on Shockbyte.

Server Modifications:
- Adjust resource gathering rates.
- Remove junk from elite and military crates.
- Add valuable items to loot crates.
- Slow down NPC chase speed.
- Reduce NPC health.
- One hit and auto loot.
- Barrel health set to 1.
- A few other minor adjustments.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience with Rust server modifications.
- Familiarity with Shockbyte hosting.
- Strong understanding of game mechanics and balancing.
- Ability to implement custom scripts and changes as per requirements.
