Please let me know the price and timeframe just for creating a real time, photo realistic Roulette wheel game with realistic physics in Unreal Engine 5.
The project is for the roulette wheel only, no table or anything else.
It needs to look and behave as good as that in the video.

The average person looking at just the wheel and ball should not be able to tell if it's real or not.
I can provide the 3D model to be used for the roulette wheel.
The game needs to spin the wheel, add the ball, then report the result of where the ball stopped.
