Ren'Py Visual Novel Developer Needed

We are looking for an ambitious, highly motivated Ren'Py Visual Novel developer to work on our main title fully remotely. Our main title is a world-class adult Ren'Py Visual Novel, rapidly growing and set in an established world with lore, with freeroam / sandbox elements where player choices are meaningful and are tied to different outcomes.

What You Will Be Doing (Contractor):
-Write new storylines
-Develop existing storylines
-Develop, test and deploy complete scenes, including all required code, image and audio assets, as well as character dialogue.

Must Haves

What you will need to be successful:
-Fluency in English.
-Excellent Ren'Py and Git knowledge.
-Writing and storytelling skills.
-Prior exposure to adult themed Visual Novels.
-1+ years of experience with open source local image generation models such as Stable Diffusion.
-1+ years of experience with open source generative AI interfaces such as Forge, ComfyUI, etc.
-Ability to deliver quality under strict deadlines.
-Ability to communicate and adjust according to requirements.
-Strong desire to grow professionally.
-Collaborative, supportive mindset and willingness to communicate proactively with the executives on a daily basis.

Will be a plus:
-Experience in a similar role.
-Prior exposure to adult VN games.
