Realistic Roblox Ability VFX

I need a custom visual-effects package for my Roblox title that recreates the look and feel of the effect shown here: https://vt.tiktok.com/ZSXJwMPoD/. The reference clip will give you a clear picture of the energy burst, light bloom, and motion it should evoke.

Scope
• Combine particle effects, dynamic lighting, and short animation sequences into one cohesive effect.
• Keep the overall style realistic so it blends with my current game assets.
• The effect should trigger exclusively when a player activates specific in-game abilities, so please set up any necessary RemoteEvents or bindings for that workflow.

Deliverable
A game-ready package I can drop into Roblox Studio: scripts, particle emitters, textures, animation data, and an example place/file that demonstrates the setup. Everything must run smoothly on typical Roblox servers without noticeable frame drops.
