Realistic Melee Combat System Development

I'm looking for an animator to help create an omni-directional character movement animation for a For Honor-style game in Godot. The game aims for high realism and variability based on weapon configurations.
Key Requirements:
- Character movement based on HEMA (Historical European Martial Arts)
- Smooth transitions between moves
- Weapon and stance-based attacks
Weapon Configurations to Include:
- Two-handed weapons
- One-handed weapons
- Off-handed weapons
- Dual wielding
- Shields
- choke diferences
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong background in melee combat mechanics
- Ability to create realistic and fluid animation
Please provide examples of similar work.i also have reasources and refrances to work from i have temp models to utilize. And im trying to add variable character form size to stance/posture and capabilities so concept models will be made aswell by me.
