Project Objectives:
1. Development of a Realistic Digital Avatar: Create a digital avatar with realistic appearance and movement, maintaining a professional aesthetic, and allowing for manual customizations if needed.
2. Integration with Large Language Model (LLM): The avatar should communicate using an LLM (such as ChatGPT or similar) to respond to customer inquiries in real-time. The integration should enable the LLM to function as the “brain” of the avatar, while the avatar serves as the friendly “face” for customers.
3. Real-Time Interaction Capabilities: The avatar needs to respond to user voice and text commands, simulating a fluid, natural human conversation through WebRTC / Streaming protocols.
4. Customizable Tone and Language Settings: Enable adaptations in the avatar’s tone of voice, response style, and personality.
5. Multichannel Support and High Availability: The avatar should be deployable across multiple channels (e.g., website, app, social media, and chat) and be available 24/7 to meet customer demands.
Technical Requirements:
