RPG Game Development for PC & Mobile

I'm seeking an experienced game developer to create a Role-Playing Game (RPG) that can be played on both PC and Mobile. The game needs to be suitable for public or private release, with the capability to be uploaded onto Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
