Python Socket Game Automation CMD Tool

I am looking for a Python developer to create a high-performance command-line (CMD) automation tool for a socket-based online game (). The tool will manage 11 different accounts simultaneously, each running through a unique proxy/IP address to perform specific in-game actions.
Technical Requirements:
Multi-Accounting & Proxies: The program must load 11 account credentials (username/password) from a config.py file. Each account must connect using a unique IP address (SOCKS5/HTTP proxy support).
Command Execution: Upon startup, the tool should prompt for two inputs:
Target Room: All accounts must automatically log in and join the specified room (e.g., /room *RoomName).
Target User: All accounts must execute a specific command (e.g., /ban Username#0000).
Timing & Logic: * Commands must be sent with a randomized delay of 1 to 2 seconds between each account to simulate human behavior and avoid rate-limiting.
The process needs to be fast and efficient.
Feedback System: The console must provide real-time confirmation for each action (e.g., "Account 1: Room joined," "Account 1: Command sent") and a final success message once all 11 accounts have finished.
