3 Patti App & Admin Panel

I need a complete 3 Patti game, ready for both iOS and Android, delivered as soon as possible. The core requirement is smooth, real-time multiplayer gameplay with reliable matchmaking and reconnection logic so players never feel a break in action.

An accompanying admin panel must let me monitor live tables, manage users and chips, push announcements, and access basic analytics from any browser. Security, clean code, and a streamlined UI are essential because I want to move straight into store submission once testing is done.

Other enhancements—such as in-app purchases or integrated chat—can be treated as future phases; right now the focus is multiplayer performance and solid back-office control.
