PCSX2 Windows Setup & help me finding best settings and adding games

My Windows-based gaming rig is ready for some retro action, but I need an expert hand to get PCSX2 running flawlessly—and fast and help me adding PS1/PS2 games etc the missing pieces are a clean install, graphics and controller tuning for top-tier performance, and clear guidance on adding and launching each title without hiccups.

Here’s what I’m looking for, preferably in a single ASAP session:
• PCSX2 installed on Windows 11 pro with the most stable/nightly build you recommend
• Video, audio, input and BIOS settings dialed in for smooth 1080p+ play on modern hardware
• At least some PS1 and one PS2 games fully added, recognised and tested in the emulator
• A concise set of notes so I can repeat the process for the rest of my library
