Need an online multiplayer fighting game site

What I need is a website called www.gladiatorsofdestruction.com where people pay $5 a month membership to play a game called Gladiators of Destruction, the $5 monthly fee is to be paid on the first day of each month. In the game Gladiators of Destruction, the player creates their own character and fights other online players in brawls inside a ring, the game is kind of wrestling and tough guy bash up style gameplay, also there needs to be a championship for the top reigning player on the site. Also setup some sort of advertisement for the game like a YouTube video or ad and make the game appeal to players so that people will want to play it and bring in more new members

The project must have a strict budget of $1000 AUD, if it is going to cost more than $1000 AUD, please let me know
