Modern Multiplayer Gaming Website Development

I’m building a responsive gaming portal focused on multiplayer online titles and need a developer who can take the site from wireframe to launch. The finished product must feel modern and sleek, load quickly on both desktop and mobile, and keep players engaged through social and competitive features.

Core experience should include:
• Secure user registration with profile pages (avatars, basic stats, password reset, email verification).
• A dynamic leaderboard that automatically ranks players based on in-game data.
• Smooth game integration—WebSocket or similar real-time protocols for matchmaking and play.

I already have brand colours and basic UI references; you will translate these into polished HTML5/CSS3 components or a front-end framework such as React or Vue. The back-end stack is flexible (Node, Laravel, Django—whichever you work fastest in) as long as you can deliver well-documented APIs and database schemas.

Acceptance criteria
1. Fully responsive layout scores 90+ on Google Lighthouse (mobile).
2. Leaderboard updates without page refresh and supports pagination.
3. Registration and login are protected by CSRF tokens and rate-limiting.
4. Source code is provided in a Git repository with setup instructions for a Linux server.
5. A short hand-off call or screen-share demo at the end to walk through deployment.
