Modded TTW Fallout Setup

I own licensed copies of both Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas and now I want to merge them into a single Tale of Two Wastelands installation that already feels like a fresh, modern game.

Your task is to build a clean TTW setup on my machine, then layer in the mods I specify across three categories: graphical enhancements, gameplay tweaks, and new quests/content. I’ll supply the exact mod list before you begin; you streamline load order, resolve patches, and make sure everything is stable from Doc Mitchell’s clinic through the Capital Wasteland.

Please work with Mod Organizer 2 (or a similarly safe, plugin-based manager) so the install remains portable and easy to back up. Once everything is running smoothly, export your MO2 profile and share a concise step-by-step so I can reinstall or update it later. Remote screen-share is available if you need hands-on access while configuring ENB, LOD generation, or xEdit conflict resolution.

The job is complete when the game boots without errors, saves reliably, and the included mods all function as advertised.
