MMORPG Farming Bot Development

I'm looking for an experienced developer to create a game bot for a private server MMORPG. The bot's primary function will be automated farming, specifically focused on gaining experience points.
Key Requirements:
- The bot should efficiently farm experience points.
- It must be compatible with a private server MMORPG.
- Should be able to operate autonomously without constant supervision.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong programming skills, preferably in languages used for game automation.
- Previous experience developing bots for MMORPGs, especially on private servers.
- Knowledge of game mechanics and farming strategies to optimize experience points gain.
- Ability to ensure the bot is undetectable to avoid bans.
Game is Lineage2, Private server is LU4. something that looks or feels similiar to L2Walker. In-game version or Out-of-game versions are fine with me, I don't know if either are possible
