I’m planning a mobile game set in an underground rail network that feels gritty and true-to-life rather than cartoonish. Think of the fluid movement and obstacle-dodging you see in Subway Surfer, but broken into discrete levels that steadily introduce new mechanics, environments, and challenges instead of running forever.

Core vision
• Art style: fully realistic textures, lighting, and character models—graffiti-tagged walls, metallic rails, station ads, dynamic crowds and lighting that shifts as trains pass.
• Gameplay: level-based progression with clear objectives (reach the next platform under a time limit, collect scattered tickets, rescue stranded commuters, etc.). Each level should end with a results screen and unlock the next scenario.
• Platform: mobile devices first. A single codebase that exports cleanly to Android and iOS is ideal, so engines such as Unity or Unreal with mobile optimization make sense.

What I need from you
1. A playable prototype of the core loop (run, dodge, collect, reach exit) on at least one mobile OS.
2. Five polished launch levels showcasing the realistic subway environments, basic power-ups, sound effects, and a simple UI for level selection and pause/options.
3. Source project files and clear build instructions so I can test new levels internally.
4. Brief technical documentation covering asset pipelines, input handling, and how to extend the game with additional levels.

Acceptance criteria
• Smooth 60 fps performance on mid-range Android hardware (≤ 3-year-old devices) and comparable iPhones.
• Touch controls that feel intuitive—swipe or virtual joystick, whichever best suits the gameplay.
• All assets either original or licensed for commercial use, with proof of rights included.
• Build size under 250 MB after compression.
