Interactive Game Prototype Development

I am providing the project details and my requirements in the prototype of the game : Gameplay Requirements:
A basic delivery loop:
Start with 1 delivery task.
Followed by picking up 2 items from 2 shops.
Deliver to 2 different customers.
Include a charging station with battery recharge (animation skipped after interaction).
Delivery task success screen using a mobile-like UI.
Vehicle & Player Control:
First-person riding of an e-scooter or e-bike.
Realistic controls and physics.
Visible animated hands showing:
Acceleration (throttle twist).
Braking (lever press).
Handle turns with slight leaning animations for realism.
Town Environment:
Utilize provided Unreal Marketplace assets to build a compact town area:
Roads, crossings, shops, sidewalks.
Modular bakery used for a delivery task with a simple parcel pickup animation.
NPC Systems:
Pedestrian NPCs walking on paths.
Looping traffic system with AI-driven cars.
Basic interaction at delivery point (player hands over parcel or simulated animation).
UI / HUD Elements:
Speedometer (km/h or mph).
Timer.
Battery status.
Delivery route indicator (map icon or directional compass).
Phone interface to show:
Delivery success.
Earnings.
Next delivery info.
Additional Features:
Basic day and night cycle.
Charging station with battery reset on interaction.
Small town with multiple shops (can be reused modular assets).
Basic post-processing for visual polish.
