1. Project Overview
The purpose of this project is to design and prototype an interactive gaming platform that integrates a monitor, infrared sensors, audio amplifier, servo motor, credit card payment processing, and cloud-based communication for data and control. The system will utilize a custom multi-layer PCB, a MINI PC configured for game emulation, audio amplifier, a 14-hole sensor table, a one-hole sensor for missing points / player change, one servo motor to control balls disposal all integrated to provide a seamless interactive experience.
2. Scope of Work
1. Multi-Layer PCB Design
- Design a custom multi-layer PCB to support arcade game controls and sensor integration.
- Include interface circuits for a 14-hole sensor table.
- Design an additional sensor card to detect player misses/Player change -Design an audio amplifier
- Ensure PCB layout follows best practices for signal integrity and EMI reduction.
- Deliver full schematic, layout files, and BOM compatible with industry-standard PCB design software.
2. MINI PC and Setup
- Recommend optimal MINI PC model based on performance requirements.
- Install and configure MINI PC for game emulation.
- Integrate game controllers and custom input sensors.
- Develop software layers to capture sensor input and trigger game events.

3. Sensor Table Design and Integration
- Design and develop a 14-hole sensor table hardware platform.
- Connect sensors to MINI PC via USB.(Arduino ?)
- Implement additional sensor card logic for “miss detection.”
- Ensure hardware and firmware can adapt dynamically to layout or software changes.
4. Cloud Communication and Remote Control
- Enable network communication on MINI PC for remote access and control.
- Implement OTA (Over-the-Air) software upgrades and remote monitoring.
- Secure cloud connectivity using MQTT and HTTPS protocols.
- Provide software architecture documentation for secure cloud integration.
3. Deliverables
1. PCB design package: schematics, Gerber files, BOM.
2. Assembled PCB prototype.
3. Configured MINI PC with game emulation software and integrated sensors.
4. Fully functional 14-hole sensor table prototype.
5. Integrated servo motors and “miss detection” functionality.
6. Credit card payment module integration demo.
7. Cloud connectivity with OTA update capability.
8. Complete project documentation: hardware schematics, software architecture, setup instructions.
