Project Overview:
We are looking for a freelance developer to create a mobile version of the traditional card game “14” The app should be available on both iOS and Android platforms and should offer a fun and engaging experience for players.

The app should be built using a framework like React Native or Flutter to ensure compatibility with both iOS and Android. Alternatively, native development in Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android) is also acceptable.
Game Mechanics:
