Game modding project Playstation & PC (may need reverse engineer/decryption skills)

I am looking for someone or a team to work with me and my team of modders to create software or applications on PC to allow as much customisation and modding of either one of three hockey games:

NHL 2K8 (PS3), NHL 2K10 (PS3) or NHL 2K11 (Wii).

The game files appear to be SDAT format.
