Game development

I'm looking for someone who can create a game on Unity. A game similar to Ikariam or Travian you can see de details on de photo I don't want a quality of texture, but I want all the code to be functional, like resources, creation of buildings, creation of soldiers. Its working with 3 maps / WorldMAP then ISland then your city map.
