Budget: $750 – $1,500 CAD

Dear Game Developers,

So we just launched out a brand new company known as "FooGames" and it is a partner of a popular company in Silicon Valley known as Zynga. Our current CEO for FooGames was a former employee of the Silicon Valley-based company known as Zynga) https://play.google.com/store/apps/dev?id=6690081412016968981

We've noticed a large wide variety of games that are newly published or games that are unpublished that are unfortunately performing poorly in the mobile market, this is due to lack of exposure to end-users(gamers/customers). The way we tackle this problem is by spending a huge amounts of advertising, and anything marketing expenses needed to make the game succeed. Due to our CEO's connections/networks, he's able to get large investments for advertisements, and any other expenses needed to be covered.

We're currently looking to purchase any games that you've developed whether its unpublished or published(but performing poorly or decently). If you don't have any games at the moment that's fine, we can also work with you in order to develop our custom games.

So the way we're looking to create deal with is two options in which you can choose from:

Option 1) One-time Price per game, and we build a long-lasting relationship with you for more games down the road.

Option 2) A percentage of each game you develop, for example you developed 5 games for us(which we don't pay anything for each game) but instead we give you for each game a percentage of that game, in which we market(we pay for expenses such as marketing, development costs, licensing ......etc) I personally seen my CEO as they worked in a great company that generates a lot money per month as they had a massive success of downloads over 100 million. The develpoment team that took the risk and developed games for zynga were the real winners versus the freelancers/fiverr developers that go with option 1. Because those developers had a huge growth with the team as their company grew, the developers also a huge portion of the income that they made since they own a stake of the game. However its all matter of choice.

We're unable to provide any confidential/sensitive information as we have agreements and legal documents that prevent us to do so. The same conditions apply to you, in order to work with us you need to sign contracts such as NDA/ICA just for the safety and protection of our rights and works developed currently.

Thanks and Regards,

Karlos Wood
