Fix Quizizz Expired Quiz Issue

Every time I launch a newly-created Quiz (not a Presentation or Assignment) in Quizizz, participants are greeted with the message “Sorry, the game expired.” The link shows as expired immediately after creation, before anyone even joins.
I want someone who already understands the fine points of Quizizz hosting, share links, timing options, and game settings to step in, spot what is mis-configured or glitched, and apply a lasting fix. Once resolved, please walk me through the exact steps so I can prevent the problem on future quizzes.
